Four to six months: 4 percent
Seven to nine months: 6 percent
Ten to twelve months: 10 percent
Over one year: 28 percent
The gross profit for the year ended 31 December 2015 is ₦289,000.

Calculation of provision for doubtful debt
The estimate of trade receivables recognised in the statement of financial position is net of bad debts. The value or amount of bad debts is excluded from trade receivables.
